Gove wins reelection, CPA passes

AMESBURY — Voters made their hopes for the city clear as they overwhelmingly reelected Mayor Kassandra Gove during Tuesday night’s municipal election. Gove, who won the city's first four-year term as mayor, beat out former City Councilor Rick Marggraf with 2,601 votes to his 1,403 votes, according to the unofficial results, with 4,050 total voters coming out.
